Your dog's measurements serve as a guide when selecting a size from our size chart.
When measuring your dog, there's no need to leave extra room unless your pet has a thick coat. In that case, please add an inch to the chest and neck measurements. Feel free to include this information in the note section of your order.
Our sizing chart is tailored to our distinct designs and does not match those of other brands.
We do not make holes in our garments.

Shipping
After your payment is verified, processing time on clothing or custom items varies depending on the season. During the spring and summer months processing time is approximately 7 business days before an item ships. Fall and winter months are usually around 2-3 weeks processing but may be longer depending on demand. Jewelry orders may take up to 48 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 3pm EST on weekdays will likely begin processing the following day. Purchases made after 9am EST on a Friday or over the weekend will likely begin processing the following Monday. Once your order has been processed, please allow about 3-7 business days for domestic shipments and 4-28 business days for international shipments to be delivered. Delivery times vary depending on shipping method chosen during checkout.

You may receive your order in multiple shipments if the quantity exceeds the shipment's package weight. Since jewelry ships faster than custom items we recommend purchasing separately to guarantee a faster processing time. Otherwise the items will be shipped together when everything has completed processing.

Returns
Yes, for ready-to-ship apparel, we offer a 14-day return period starting from the delivery date. To start a return, please send an email to tair@jaxandmollys.com. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Please wait for our approval and return label. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from the refund. We require the item to be returned in new condition and its original packaging, free of excess hair, mud, urine, and odor. Once we receive and inspect the item to ensure it is clean and undamaged, we will process the refund. Please allow 3-5 business days from the date of receipt and approval for the refund to be processed.
For made-to-order items, if you request additional length or any other size modifications, these items cannot be returned due to their custom nature. However, if no changes were requested, we will honor the same 14-day return period.
Please note, we take great care in crafting each handmade item and expect the same from you. When measuring your pup, please refer to our measurement guide and take precise measurements. This will ensure a perfect fit while saving you the hassle of return.
