Please follow our how-to-measure guide. If additional space is added to your measurements your item will be too large. Choose a size based on your pup's chest girth and we will customize the neck and length measurements accordingly. Make sure to measure your pup while they are standing. Laying or sitting will result in incorrect measurements.

No. Our patterns are made in-house by our designers and do not resemble any other brands. Please use our size chart.

No. We do not make holes in our garments.

At this time we are a small two-woman shop and can not take on wholesale purchases. Please check back in the future!

Shipping

After your payment is verified, processing time on clothing or custom items varies depending on the season. During the spring and summer months processing time is approximately 7 business days before an item ships. Fall and winter months are usually around 2-3 weeks processing but may be longer depending on demand. Jewelry orders may take up to 48 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 3pm EST on weekdays will likely begin processing the following day. Purchases made after 9am EST on a Friday or over the weekend will likely begin processing the following Monday. Once your order has been processed, please allow about 3-7 business days for domestic shipments and 4-28 business days for international shipments to be delivered. Delivery times vary depending on shipping method chosen during checkout.

Yes, you can choose the best shipping option during checkout.

You may receive your order in multiple shipments if the quantity exceeds the shipment's package weight. Since jewelry ships faster than custom items we recommend purchasing separately to guarantee a faster processing time. Otherwise the items will be shipped together when everything has completed processing.

Returns

There are NO returns or exchanges on custom products, since each garment is made to order.

Customer satisfaction is a high priority for us. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your item, we will happily issue a full refund or exchange for items returned within 7 days of delivery. Please send us a message via our chat button or an email to info@jaxandmollys.com. All returns must be accompanied by their original packaging and unaltered, unworn, and in resellable condition to qualify for a refund. Items received after 7 days will not be accepted for return or exchange. Return shipping cost will be from refund.
