Ordering

How do I know what size to order for my dog?

Each product listing includes a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring your dog’s neck, chest, and back length, then comparing it to our chart for the best fit. Need help? Contact us and we’ll be happy to guide you!

What’s the difference between Ready-to-Ship and Made-to-Order items?

We offer two types of products:

  • Ready-to-Ship: Pre-made items that ship quickly — perfect if you need something fast! Limited sizes and styles are available.
  • Made-to-Order: Crafted just for your pup, these items offer more sizes and style options but take longer to make.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t started production yet, we can make changes or cancel it. Please email us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Processing & Shipping

How long will it take to process my order?

  • Ready-to-Ship: Processed in approximately 1–2 business days.
  • Made-to-Order: Processing typically takes around 2 weeks as each piece is handmade with care.

Shipping times depend on the method you choose at checkout and are not included in the processing time.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the U.S. only, but we’re working on adding international shipping soon!

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

  • Ready-to-Ship: Eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Made-to-Order: Due to their custom nature, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Oh no! Please contact us right away with photos, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Care Instructions

How do I wash my dog’s clothes?

Most items are machine washable on a gentle cycle with cold water. Lay flat to dry to keep fabrics looking their best. Specific care instructions are listed on each product page.
