Gift Card FAQ | Jax & Molly’s

Digital only. Our gift cards are delivered by email with a unique code and can be used toward purchases on the Jax & Molly’s website.

Denominations. Gift cards are available in the amounts shown on the product page. If you need a different amount, contact us.

Email delivery. The digital gift card is sent by email with a unique code and a link to view the card and its balance.

If Shopify displays a Send as a gift option, you may be able to enter the recipient’s name, email address, message, and delivery date.

If that option is not available, the card can be sent to you and you can forward the email to the recipient.

1. Add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout.
2. Enter the gift card code in the Gift card or discount code field.
3. Any unused gift card balance remains available for future purchases.

Yes. A gift card functions as a form of payment rather than a discount. Eligible discount codes may be applied first, and the gift card can then be used toward the remaining order balance.

Gift card value can be applied toward the eligible order total at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

Multiple gift cards may be applied to a single order when supported by checkout.

Use the gift card link included in your original email to view the card and available balance.

If you can’t locate the email, contact us and we’ll help.

If your purchase is less than the gift card value, the unused balance remains on the card and may be used on a future eligible purchase.

Existing gift cards are not reloadable. If you need additional value, purchase a new gift card.

Gift cards are issued in the store currency and are redeemable through the Jax & Molly’s website.

We do not set an expiration date on the paid value of purchased Jax & Molly’s gift cards.

Jax & Molly’s does not assess inactivity or dormancy fees on purchased gift cards.

Where required by New Jersey law, eligible purchased gift cards with a qualifying small remaining balance may be redeemable for cash.

Contact us if you believe your card qualifies and we’ll review the request.

Gift cards issued free as part of a promotion, reward, or bonus may be subject to different terms from purchased gift cards, including any terms disclosed with the specific promotion.

Gift card purchases are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.

If an eligible item purchased with a gift card is refunded, the applicable refund amount is generally returned to the original gift card or otherwise handled through the available Shopify refund method.

Treat gift card codes like cash. If a card is lost or compromised, contact us with proof of purchase.

If the card can be verified and the remaining balance has not been used, we’ll review whether the remaining value can be reissued.

We may delay or cancel gift card issuance if an order is flagged by fraud-prevention or payment-security checks.
