Because our products include Ready-to-Ship apparel, jewelry, and Made-to-Order items, return eligibility depends on the type of item purchased. Please review the guidelines below before sending anything back.

Ready-to-Ship Items

  • Non-sale Ready-to-Ship items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
  • You must contact us for approval before sending an item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair, and in original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • After the item is received and inspected, an eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method, less any non-refundable shipping charges.

Jewelry

  • Jewelry is eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
  • You must contact us for approval before sending jewelry back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Jewelry must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Personalized, customized, and items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Made-to-Order Items

All Made-to-Order items are final sale. Because these pieces are made after the order is placed, they are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production error.

Damage caused during carrier transit is outside of our direct control. If shipping protection or insurance is available at checkout, customers may choose to purchase it for added protection against eligible loss or transit damage.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, style, or jewelry item, you may place a new order after your eligible return has been processed and refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production or fulfillment error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once we review the issue, we’ll work with you on the appropriate resolution.

BEFORE YOU SEND ANYTHING BACK

All returns must be approved first. Packages sent without prior authorization may be refused and will not automatically qualify for a refund.
