🎁 Holiday Gift Card Promotion FAQ

Buy a $25 Gift Card – Get a $5 Bonus!
Valid through December 24, 2025

Q1: How does the promotion work?
Purchase a $25 digital gift card during the promo window and we’ll email a separate $5 bonus digital gift card to the purchaser within 24 hours.

Q2: Do I need a promo code?
No. Qualifying orders placed before 11:59 PM ET on December 24, 2025 automatically receive the bonus.

Q3: Who receives the bonus card?
The purchaser (not the recipient of the $25 card). It’s sent to the email used at checkout.

Q4: When will I get my $5 bonus?
Within 24 hours of purchase. If it’s not received after 48 hours, check spam/junk and then contact us.

Q5: Where can I use these cards?
Both are redeemable on our website toward merchandise. They are not redeemable for cash except as required by law (see NJ rules below).

Q6: Can I stack the bonus with other promos?
The $5 bonus card cannot be combined with other bonus promotions unless explicitly stated.

Q7: Are gift card purchases refundable?
All gift card purchases are final sale. Gift cards, including promotional bonus cards, are non-returnable and non-refundable once issued.

Q8: Does the $25 paid gift card expire?
No. Under New Jersey law, funds on paid gift cards may not expire within at least 24 months. We do not apply an expiration date—the value remains until redeemed.

Q9: Are there dormancy or inactivity fees?
No fees within the first 24 months. We do not charge dormancy fees on our cards.

Q10: Can I get cash back on small balances?
For the $25 paid gift card, if your remaining balance is under $5 after a purchase, you may request a cash refund in New Jersey.

Q11: Is the $5 bonus card treated the same as the paid card?
No. The $5 bonus is a promotional/rewards card (not purchased with money). As such, it is not eligible for NJ’s under-$5 cash-out rule and may carry an expiration if clearly disclosed.

Q12: Does the $5 bonus card expire?
Yes, the promotional bonus card expires on January 31, 2026.
